Job Description

As an Assistant Pre-Construction Manager, you'll play a crucial role in setting and executing GP £ / Rev targets for our clients, ensuring accurate monthly sales & revenue forecasting, and developing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting and executing GP £ / Rev targets for clients
  • Accurate monthly sales & revenue forecasting
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Executing project delivery strategy up to commencement of the construction phase
  • Identifying and mitigating risk to the business
