Venn Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate processing of rental income onto the rent ledger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all rent, service charge, and fee income accurately onto the rent ledger
  • Analyze bank statements for rent, service charge, and related fee receipts
  • Perform daily reconciliations on the rent control account
  • Resolve tenant queries efficiently and update them on any changes
  • Liaise with local authorities regarding rent benefit receipts and resolve discrepancies
  • Provide ad hoc support to the finance team

Requirements:

  • Housing Association experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
