Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Resilience Manager to join our team at Amazon. The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling comprehensive security risk preparedness and response processes, building resiliency capabilities for the organization to cope with various levels of threats, incidents, and crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement detailed resilience frameworks, standards, and programs to identify, assess, and manage risks.
  2. Support the business with analytical deep dives to identify root causes of losses, risks, security breaches, and major incidents.
  3. Train, advise, and partner with other functions to identify, manage, and mitigate risks through robust standards and processes.
  4. Work with stakeholders and internal customers to establish clear goals, objectives, performance delivery outcomes, and timelines.
  5. Support planning and response with internal teams and manage relationships with business units and functions.
About the Team

The Security and Loss Prevention team secures Amazon's supply chain by preventing risks, intervening in incidents, and investigating root causes. The Resilience team maintains a framework providing risk oversight, preparedness, contingency planning, and incident response in partnership with leaders.

Requirements
  • Experience within Security Risk Management.
  • Recognized industry Certification in a Security Risk management field.
  • Knowledge and qualification in industry risk assessment and business resilience processes.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of business leadership and staff.
