Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Executive to lead our fundraising efforts and shape the future of our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in advancing our mission to reach more people and develop innovative services that meet the growing needs of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with our organisational goals
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with current and prospective donors
  • Oversee the planning and execution of high-impact fundraising campaigns
  • Lead the organisation of fundraising events, both virtual and in-person
  • Ensure efficient use of resources while maximising income generation
  • Explore new opportunities and trends in fundraising, bringing fresh ideas to expand our reach and maximise our impact

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a senior fundraising role
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in motivating and guiding teams to achieve ambitious goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors, corporate partners, and community supporters
  • Proven experience in managing events, from concept to execution, and a track record of meeting income targets
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and the use of data to inform fundraising strategies
  • Financial acumen, including experience in budget management and financial planning within a fundraising context

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum (negotiable dependent on experience)
