Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team in our luxury department store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of visual presentation in our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied
- Drive sales by identifying and responding to customer needs, making recommendations, and promoting our products
- Maintain a high level of visual presentation in the store, including merchandising, displays, and stock levels
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in a high-end department storeExcellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiencesStrong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date with fashion trendsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and drive sales resultsImpeccable presentation and attention to detailWhat We Offer
