Join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh, innovative food services to independent schools and colleges. We're seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, adhering to established menus and recipes.
- Maintain the cleanliness of front-of-house and kitchen areas, including organizing dishes and utensils.
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures to guarantee food safety and prevent contamination.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Ideal experience working within Education catering.
- Good Health & Safety knowledge.
- Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer-focused.
- Fun and enthusiastic.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Great attention to detail.
