Theatre Practitioner Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner Leader to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our perioperative care team, you will be responsible for delivering safe and high-quality care to patients during their perioperative phase of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver safe quality care for patients during their perioperative phase of care.
- To support and assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department.
- To lead and manage a team, coordinating staff training needs and resource requirements within a peri-operative function or surgical specialty.
- To assist in the delivery of patient care.
- To contribute to quality improvement.
- To develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self.
- To apply and promote best evidence-based practice within own scope of practice.
- To apply legislation, policies, and procedures correctly.
- To maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act. Ensuring appropriate measures are taken in respect of Health and Safety for patients, relatives, visitors, hospital staff, and contractors.
- To achieve agreed objectives and demonstrating CHG behaviours at all times.
