About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team, delivering complex highways schemes throughout their whole project lifecycle. This role involves programme income and cost profiles, overseeing and challenging the Project Managers input, as well as leading and overseeing projects throughout their whole lifecycle through feasibility, design, construction and handover.

The successful candidate will have experience in the delivery of highways construction & maintenance operations or similar transferable experience. They will also possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a commercial understanding and budgetary control experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Manager and early careers.
  2. Programme income and cost profiles, overseeing and challenging the Project Managers input.
  3. Lead and oversee projects throughout their whole lifecycle through feasibility, design, construction and handover.
  4. Ensure compliance with the DBFO contract, clarifying roles and responsibilities within your team.
  5. Client liaison on a project and portfolio level.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £70,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
