Job Summary

Massachusetts Nonprofit Network seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Essex County. As a key member of our membership recruitment team, you will play a vital role in growing Girl Scout membership by engaging with students, parents, educators, and community groups. Your primary responsibility will be to showcase the transformative impact of Girl Scouts locally and globally.

Main Responsibilities:
* Travel to create meaningful connections with recruitment outlets, members, caregivers, schools, faith-based communities, community organizations, and other contacts.
* Design, schedule, promote, and conduct events to educate individuals about the benefits of Girl Scout membership.
* Recruit adult members offering leadership volunteer opportunities within a troop.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and local volunteers to deliver impactful events.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role
* Ability to work a flexible schedule
* Reliable transportation
