**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join our team at Interaction Recruitment in Northampton, Northamptonshire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving goods within our warehouse.

**About the Role**

This is a full-time contract position, with a competitive salary of £12.53 per hour. You will work Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5.00pm. The ideal candidate will have a valid Forklift Counterbalance license, at least 12 months experience, and be competent in driving a Forklift Counterbalance.

**Responsibilities**

Your duties will include checking the quality and accuracy of goods delivered, reporting any damages or discrepancies, and safely loading goods onto vehicles. You will also be responsible for unloading vehicles, putting goods away using appropriate equipment, and moving goods to designated loading areas using FLT or reach trucks.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must have a current Forklift Counterbalance license, at least 12 months experience, and be able to lift heavy loads.
