Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our in-house Service Department at ADAM Audio GmbH. As a Senior Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our Legacy products, supporting team development, and communicating with customers and our global service network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Service team through mentoring and documenting technical knowledge.
- Liaise with engineers and manufacturing in a closed-loop feedback system to improve product reliability.
- Assist our customers and external service partners with remote diagnosis and repair advice.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in electronics repair and servicing.
- Debug and repair analogue audio products and synthesizers to component level.
- Previous experience mentoring or providing training to colleagues.
- A polite and helpful phone and email manner.
- Experience with Windows and MacOS systems.
Desirable:
- Interest in music/audio and experience with music technology products and digital audio workstations.
- Experience using ERP software and completing admin tasks such as cost estimates.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
