We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microbiology Consultant to join our team at National Locums.
Job SummaryThis is a locum assignment of negotiable duration, requiring a minimum 3 months service (12 months ideally). The ideal start date is negotiable, with a commitment to 3 – 12 months required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical microbiology services, including teaching, research, education, and clinical governance.
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the improvement of patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Must have a strong background in microbiology and relevant experience in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Negotiable NON DE rates.
- On-call ratio depending on availability/preference.
