We are seeking a Senior Business Development Director to lead our team and drive sales growth. This strategic role will provide overall direction for business development activity, including new member acquisition, product adoption, and expansion into new sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Director of Sales & Marketing, team members, and other departments to develop a clear sector strategy targeting key organisations within target sectors
  • Coaching and managing team members to drive income growth, ensuring an effective sales process is in place
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Communications colleagues to develop and execute a lead-generation strategy
  • Embedding a high-performance culture by driving sales targets, setting stretch-targets and KPIs, and monitoring performance

In return for your expertise, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of £90,000 - £95,000 per annum, reflecting your senior level experience
  • Remote working with approximately 2 days a month in the London office
