Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Postman to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering mail and parcels to customers across the region.

About the Role

As a Postman, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing excellent customer service and interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Operating a postal vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Working as part of a team to achieve delivery targets and meet customer expectations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet delivery targets
