This is a full-time position starting in September, with a salary range of £420-£450 per week.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism or a recent psychology graduate with a good understanding of special needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting to the SENCO
- Providing individualized support to students with autism
- Managing challenging behavior and building relationships with students
- Ensuring student safety and well-being
- Collaborating with the SEN department to develop and implement support plans
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the learning development of students with autism. Teaching Personnel will provide ongoing support and training to ensure the candidate's success.
For this position, it is essential to have experience working with children with autism or a recent psychology graduate. A fully enhanced DBS check and at least two employment references are also required.
