Store Manager

Deichmann Shoes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at our Corby Branch. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Motivate and coach the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Lead by example in promoting and upselling products, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
- Draft and manage rotas, ensuring payroll budgets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Oversee stock management, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock losses.
- Analyze sales figures and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained, including merchandising and administration.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to identify and develop talent within the store.
- Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Strong numeracy skills, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus commission and annual bonuses.
