Transportation Draughtsman

We are looking for an experienced Civils Technician to join our team in the South West region. Our consultancy specializes in providing top-notch infrastructure solutions to domestic and commercial clients, prioritizing effective communication and project delivery.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in highway and drainage draughting, preferably within a consultancy environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on various projects of different sizes and make a substantial impact on the team and clients.

1. Develop excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues with a willingness to mentor junior technicians.
2. Prior experience in using AutoCAD is crucial. Familiarity with PDS, Micro drainage, and other Civil Engineering software packages is advantageous but not essential.
3. Essential experience working with housing developers, along with a solid understanding of Highway Authority Sections 38 and 278 and Water Authority sections 104 and 185 agreements.
4. A HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or higher qualification is mandatory.

Salary:

£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
