Job Title: Service Engineer

We're looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our team in London. As a Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits of the units within your territory
  • Work within your defined geographical area / territory, managing the portfolio of elevators within it
  • Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix
  • Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation
  • Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship

Requirements:

  • Hold an NVQ 3 in lift servicing and engineering
  • Hold a valid UK drivers license
  • At least 24 months of experience in the elevator sector
  • Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering
  • Committed professional, with safety as your priority
  • Comfortable communicating to others
  • Curious, adaptable, and able to work alone or in a team
  • Comfortable using electronic and digital tools
