Job Description
  • We are looking for a Contract Management Specialist to join our Infrastructure team in the UK.
  • As a Contract Management Specialist, you will provide commercial management advice to clients in the UK infrastructure sector, partnering with customers to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • You will be responsible for contract administration, reviewing commercial impacts of changes to requirements and works information, and managing change and risk through Early Warning Notifications and Compensation Events.
  • You will also approve key subcontracts and produce project reports.
Requirements
  • You will have HNC, HND or Degree qualifications in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management, Construction Law, or a similar discipline.
  • You will have relevant experience in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management in the UK infrastructure sector.
