Job Description:

Brook Street UK is proud to offer a challenging and rewarding Sales Leadership Position in our Sunbury office. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of estate agents, and achieving exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the estate agency industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strong ability to motivate and inspire their team. You will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong understanding of the local property market.

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you will also receive uncapped commission opportunities and bonus incentives.
