Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized consultations with clients to ensure a tailored TONI&GUY experience.
  • Build and expand your client base while fostering high retention rates.
  • Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
  • Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI & GUY brand.
  • Embrace the Super brand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.

Requirements:

  • Showcase your expertise in a wide range of hairdressing techniques, precise cuts, and styling.
  • Bring artistic flair to life by understanding clients' preferences and transforming their hair into amazing styles.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Juggle a busy schedule like a pro, handling different client demands with ease.
