About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious solicitor to join our Serious Injury team as a key member. As a senior solicitor, you will work closely with clients to provide exceptional legal advice and achieve the best possible resolution for them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of multi-track serious injury claims, with a focus on head, spinal cord, and amputation injuries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners to drive business growth and success.
  • Contribute to the development of the team's profile and reputation in the Northamptonshire and Peterborough markets.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the team's expertise remains at the forefront.

About You

We are looking for a solicitor with:

Proven experience in multi-track serious injury claims, ideally with a strong track record of success.A current Practising Certificate and a strong understanding of the legal framework.A established reputation in the Northamptonshire and Peterborough markets, with recognition from industry bodies such as APIL, Legal 500, or Chambers.Demonstrable strengths in business development, relationship building, networking, and work generation.Ambition, energy, and enthusiasm for serious injury litigation.Empathy and compassion to guide clients through challenging personal circumstances.
