About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Youth Support Professional. In this role, you'll work alongside a dedicated team to provide a stable and supportive environment for young people who've faced significant challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Home and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, taking on senior duties when required
  • Help create a safe, nurturing environment where young people feel at home
  • Work alongside the team to implement care plans and strategies that enable young people to overcome emotional and behavioural difficulties
  • Build strong, positive relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies to ensure holistic care

Requirements

  • QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification (in line with Ofsted standards)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with compassion and patience
  • A positive role model who can inspire young people to believe in themselves
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • A full UK Driving Licence
