Assistant Manager - Leisure Entertainment

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Leisure Entertainment Kent. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure centre, providing an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the leisure or entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and to adapt to changing circumstances.
