Mechanical Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team at Galliford Try. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective assembly of our water treatment systems.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and install mechanical components and piping systems in accordance with design specifications and production schedules.
- Conduct quality checks on components and equipment to ensure compliance with job requirements and Bill of Materials.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure smooth production processes and effective communication.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Relevant experience in a mechanical or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
