Job Summary

Kenton Black Limited is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payrolls, managing payroll data, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payrolls for small and large volume employees
  • Set up new client payrolls, including PAYE and RTI submissions
  • Manage BACS transmissions, FPS/EPS, and CIS returns
  • Process P45's, P46's, P60's, starters/leavers, SMP/SSP, and HMRC queries
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via email and telephone
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a bureau, umbrella, or accountancy environment
  • Full end-to-end payroll processing experience
  • Strong client liaison skills
