Network Support and Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Support and Maintenance Engineer to join our technical team at Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited.

The successful candidate will have a great opportunity to upskill on the job and contribute to the expansion of our solid foundation to create an unrivalled, all-star network team.

  • Provide guidance to other engineers and ensure customer faults are resolved.
  • Manage major incidents with meeting SLAs.
  • Assist the field engineering team with support and maintenance tasks.
  • Produce and update documentation on department processes and procedures.
  • Understand the layer 3 and layer 2 WAN for our customers.
  • Enterprise LAN/WiFi and Voice services.

Requirements:

  • Service Provider Background.
  • Network Support Background.
  • Strong LAN experience (Any Vendor).

Salary:

  • £26,000 - £34,000.
