OC24 is seeking a skilled and dedicated nurse to fill a nursing role in Hampshire.

Job Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a key influencer, you will participate in campaigns promoting our healthcare services and maintain a positive image through actions and behaviour.

Key Duties:
  • Represent our company at events and promote our services through word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Create awareness for OC24 through interactions with care sector customers and engage with prospective and existing candidates in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Support the manager in delivering monthly campaigns promoting our services and utilize excellent communication and written English skills to create and upload content that encourages public interaction on social media.
Requirements:
  • A minimum qualified Band 5 Nurse or above with current NMC registration.
  • Able to work 36 hours per week.
  • DIRECT EMPLOYMENT BY OC24 – PAYE.
  • Excellent communication and written English skills, good interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments, clients, and candidates.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple locations within your geographical area and have access to own vehicle.

Estimated Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + Monthly Bonus. OC24 offers a supportive and inclusive work environment and opportunities for career growth and development.
