About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the mechanical aspects of commercial fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include developing and managing detailed project schedules and resource plans, monitoring project progress, and identifying potential risks and issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial fit-out projects, including Cat A and Cat B fit-outs.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
