Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and motivated Front of House staff member to join our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and mouth-watering food offerings. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers receive outstanding service, from taking orders to ensuring payments and receipts are accurate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a second-to-none experience for every guest
  • Take accurate orders and work closely with kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and drinks
  • Ensure payments and receipts are correct, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confidently recommend menu and drinks offerings, showcasing your knowledge and passion for food and beer
  • Observe service and standards, reporting any incidents or issues to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Be a supportive and proactive team member, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals
Requirements
  • Previous experience working front of house in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
  • Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer, with a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure
  • A result-driven and ambitious individual, keen to develop your career and grow with our company
