Job Title: Social Media Account Director

As a Social Media Account Director at Publicis Groupe UK, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable business results.

This includes overseeing all aspects of social media projects, from strategic planning and content development to performance reporting. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead innovative social media strategies and campaigns for a portfolio of healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
  • Oversee the successful execution of organic and paid social media campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Champion data-driven insights: Conduct in-depth social listening, reporting, and analysis, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance: Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry regulations, ensuring all social media activities and content adhere to compliance standards across different markets.
  • Mentor and support the team: Provide leadership and guidance to the social media team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a social media agency role, ideally with a proven track record of success in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industries.
  • Expertise in developing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn campaign and content development, with a preference for thought leadership profile management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
