Senior Education Support Officer

Erdington Academy is committed to providing a high-quality education to its students. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Education Support Officer to join our team. This is a fixed-term position that will start as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject, 5 GCSEs including Maths and English, and excellent communication skills. They will be committed to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and have experience of working in an educational environment.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £31,586.00 - £32,654.00 per annum, plus benefits such as access to support and guidance from other subject leaders across the MAT, bespoke Continual Professional Development (in the academy and online via the National College), and discounts at nationwide retailers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will work closely with teaching and senior staff to secure good outcomes for all students.
