The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning communal areas of flats and buildings, including halls, stairs, and reception areas. The role will involve driving a van provided by the company and using equipment such as mops, hoovers, and dusting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a van to various locations to clean communal areas
  • Clean halls, stairs, and reception areas using provided equipment
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Manual driving license with no more than 6 points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

A genuine permanent position after a short trial period, with a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 and weekly pay. The role is based in the central Leicester area and involves working around 40 hours per week.
