Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is around £25,000, based on industry standards and the location.

Job Responsibilities

As a Chef de Partie at Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the kitchen and its equipment
  • Working closely with the service teams to ensure excellent guest experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
