Pioneer Selection is currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. This exciting opportunity involves a blend of technical work and planning.

As a Maintenance Technician at Pioneer Selection, you can expect to earn a salary of £52,000 - £53,000 per annum, plus overtime and bonus. You will be working in Coalville on a days based schedule, Monday to Friday 7am - 4:30pm.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical bias and strong planning skills, with experience of working with CMMS systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Hands-on technical work as required
  • CMMS system administration

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in a mechanical discipline
  • Experience with CMMS systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
