About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team at Shaily R&D Studio. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of groundbreaking medical devices and other complex products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop detailed 3D CAD models and drawings using SolidWorks
  • Conduct hand calculations and simulations using FEA and injection moulding simulation software
  • Develop prototypes and test, measure, and iterate designs
  • Diagnose and improve products through problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative projects
Requirements
  • First or Upper Second Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar subject from a leading engineering university
  • Experience of working with mechanisms and developing products for launch
  • Proactive attitude, flexibility, quick learning abilities, and excellent communication skills
  • Strong relationships with clients and ability to work effectively within global teams
  • Rigorous standards of excellence and ability to maintain quality systems
