About the Role
Think Workforce is seeking an experienced General Practitioner to fill the position of Primary Care Clinical Lead. As a key member of our senior clinical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective services across multiple sites in North Essex.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and health screenings, delivering exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with national healthcare professionals on innovation and service redesign.
- Lead training and mentorship programs for healthcare professionals, including medical students, AHPs, doctors on the NHS Induction & Refresher Scheme, and GP registrars.
- Drive quality improvements, research, and development initiatives.
- Provide consistent clinical leadership across sites in North Essex.

Requirements
