We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Greenkeeper to join our team at Forrester Park Golf Club. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the golf course is presented to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the golf course to the highest standards, ensuring it is safe and enjoyable for our members and visitors.
- Assist in the development and implementation of ongoing projects to improve the course and facilities.
- Work collaboratively with the Head Greenkeeper and other team members to achieve our goals.
- Level 2 qualification in sports turf management (desirable).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as part of a shift rota system.
- Chainsaw certificate (an advantage but not essential).
- Understanding of the game of golf and its requirements.
