Transform Lives as a Support Practitioner

We're seeking compassionate and creative individuals to join our team at Cherry Tree Court, providing support for individuals in their own flats with a 1:1 ratio. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

The ideal candidate will have an empathetic nature, good observation skills, excellent communication skills, and confidence in using computers. You'll work closely with colleagues and families to develop proactive plans, supporting individuals to meet personal goals and outcomes within personalized weekly activity planners.

This role provides significant development opportunities in both learning and development, as well as on-site training. As a Support Practitioner, you'll be part of a supportive team environment where you can grow and thrive.

About the Role:

This is a 35-hour per week position, offering a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum. We offer a generous annual leave package, TRFS rewards scheme, paid travel during shifts, and continuous in-house training opportunities.
