**System Electromagnetic Requirements Manager Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a System Electromagnetic Requirements Manager to join our team at BAE Systems. As an Undergraduate Electromagnetic Compatibility Engineer, you will be responsible for specifying and managing electromagnetic requirements and acceptance criteria specific to a system, platforms, or programmes.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of wave propagation and electromagnetic interference with electronics. You will advise design teams on electromagnetic requirements and design for electromagnetic considerations, and liaise with EMC test engineers to design and specify testing regimes to prove system compliance against relevant standards.
