Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Training Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Health and Safety Training program that meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees, contractors, and clients.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate health and safety into daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in health and safety training and compliance.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive health and dental benefits, employer-matched retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
