You will be responsible for providing a first-class employee experience and enjoy sharing best practice with the wider team of HR professionals in Europe. If you are a strong relationship builder and can provide a seamless HR service, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing advice and guidance to management and employees across all aspects of the employee life cycle, offering best practice and commercially focused solutions.
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation.
  • Overseeing the preparation of data for payroll and management of benefits.
  • Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team assisting with recruitment campaigns and onboarding.
  • Working jointly with the HRBP on complex employee relations issues and support internal investigations.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and reports.
  • Supporting managers with changes.
  • Administering data in global HR systems, including absence tracking, payroll, and benefits.

Skills required for this role:

  • Demonstrable experience in an HR advisory role.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or holds an equivalent degree in HR.
  • Experience working for a large, global, and commercial organisation.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment collaborating with an international team.
