We are seeking a commercially minded and experienced HR professional to join our team at The Change Partners - Global talent specialists for a connected world. This role is based in the Gatwick area and is a hybrid role allowing you to work three days in the office and two days working from home.
You will be responsible for providing a first-class employee experience and enjoy sharing best practice with the wider team of HR professionals in Europe. If you are a strong relationship builder and can provide a seamless HR service, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice and guidance to management and employees across all aspects of the employee life cycle, offering best practice and commercially focused solutions.
- Monitoring, reviewing, and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation.
- Overseeing the preparation of data for payroll and management of benefits.
- Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team assisting with recruitment campaigns and onboarding.
- Working jointly with the HRBP on complex employee relations issues and support internal investigations.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and reports.
- Supporting managers with changes.
- Administering data in global HR systems, including absence tracking, payroll, and benefits.
Skills required for this role:
- Demonstrable experience in an HR advisory role.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or holds an equivalent degree in HR.
- Experience working for a large, global, and commercial organisation.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment collaborating with an international team.
