Customer-Focused Leasing Manager Wanted

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional lettings services, responding to enquires promptly
  • Manage lettings administration, compliance, and marketing efforts
  • Work closely with the Community Manager to deliver ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Educated to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience in BTR or PBSA, working to KPIs
  • Excellent English language skills and IT literacy
  • A positive, professional attitude with a friendly approach

Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
