About the Job

As a Senior Scientist in Digital Analytical Platforms, you will:

  • Contribute to the design and execution of root cause analysis and experiments based on interpretation of results
  • Maintain current knowledge of state-of-the-art chromatography systems
  • Provide attention to data quality, integrity, and archiving for own work
  • Propose and implement new research directions and strategies to achieve project goals
  • Analyze complex data and interpret results
  • Identify bottlenecks and assess root causes of errors in the laboratory
  • Develop automated and/or digital solutions to reduce or eliminate common failure modes
  • Make effective decisions to achieve desired outcomes of project teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or comparable industrial experience in analytical chemistry, engineering, or a related field
  • A proven track record of solving complex problems
  • Experience analyzing data and interpreting results
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Learning agility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
