Maintenance Engineer

About the Role:
- We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to conduct reactive and planned maintenance across various equipment and machinery.
- The ideal candidate will troubleshoot breakdowns, maintain accurate records, and implement corrective actions.
- They will support continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering function, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- This role involves working effectively within a team, operating with flexibility, and adapting to changing priorities.
- Maintaining a safe working environment is crucial, improving machine reliability, and assessing Preventive Predictive Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
The Ideal Background:
- A degree in both electrical and mechanical engineering is preferred.
- Proven engineering experience within a fast-paced FMCG/Manufacturing environment is essential.
Salary and Benefits:
£42,500 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave entitlement. Overtime opportunities are available.
