Job Title: Change Lead - Commercials

At Primark, we're looking for a skilled Change Lead to join our Commercials team. As a Change Lead, you'll play a crucial role in driving transformation and change across our business.

About the Role

The Change Lead will be responsible for leading and implementing change initiatives across the Commercials domain. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and deliver transformation and change roadmaps. You'll also be responsible for providing expert guidance to project change teams on strategies and directives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement change initiatives across the Commercials domain
  • Work closely with stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and deliver transformation and change roadmaps
  • Provide expert guidance to project change teams on strategies and directives
  • Review change strategic plans and associated artefacts to ensure alignment with business direction and other initiatives
  • Formally escalate business change risks and dependencies to programme management
  • Partner with core functional leaders to understand specific challenges, prior learning, change context, climate, and capacity to implement, adopt, and embed change
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Deep change and retail experience gained through several complex and varied environments
  • Large-scale change strategy design, planning, and activation experience
  • Credible understanding of end-to-end business processes in the Commercials domain
  • Experience working within one or more of the functional areas in the Commercials domain
  • Strong influencing and engagement skills, with the ability to work at all levels of the organization
