Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at a commercial bank in Liverpool Street, London. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, including lighting, air conditioning, and emergency lighting.

Salary:£49,000 per annum (up to)

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, with experience working in a critical environment. You must be electrically qualified to level 3, hold current or previous HVAP certification, and possess excellent customer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair electrical systems, including lighting, air conditioning, and emergency lighting
  • Carry out routine checks and maintenance on equipment and systems
  • Identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Electrically qualified to level 3 (C&G, NVQ etc)
  • Current or previous HVAP certification
  • Experience working in a critical environment
  • Excellent customer skills
  • Able to provide copies of trade certificates
