As an Education Recruitment Specialist, you will be engaging with schools to fill permanent and temporary contract roles, building strong relationships with education professionals and finding new business leads to forge partnerships throughout the West of England.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting excellent teaching and learning support professionals for schools across your designated geographical area
  • Marketing to generate an ongoing healthy pipeline of candidates and clients, using a combination of traditional and digital methods
  • Headhunting candidates for specialist teaching, eLearning and leadership roles where required
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Developing new and existing business relationships
  • Working with candidate resourcing specialists and compliance and vetting colleagues to build, progress and maintain a high-quality pipeline of candidates
  • Adhering to weekly targets and KPIs, set in conjunction with your manager
