We are seeking a highly experienced QHSE Lead to join our team at Luton Bennett. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring food safety and compliance across our three sites in London and Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Responsible for compliance - food safety, H&S, and environmental;">
  • Undertake HACCP inspections, H&S inspections, environmental inspections etc.;">
  • Monitoring KPIs to review trends and implement correction measures where required;">
  • Feedback to operational managers;">
  • Conduct customer-self audits;">
  • Supplier audits and reviews;">
  • Review customer complaints;">
  • Monitor microbiological samples and results;">

Requirements

">

We are looking for an experienced QHSE professional who holds HACCP Level 3 (or equivalent) and has experience working in the food/catering industry. You must be comfortable travelling between sites and have excellent communication skills.

What We Offer

">

In addition to a competitive salary, up to £50,000 per annum, we offer 28 days' holiday, NEST pension, and flexibility with working hours. The successful candidate will spend 50:50 between Heathrow and Gatwick and one week per month based in Manchester. Flights and accommodation will be organised by the company.
