About the Role

We're a leading fleet management business with a reputation for excellence in service delivery and people development. We're looking for a Procurement and Buying Lead to lead the end-to-end strategic procurement of goods and services, including garage and workshop repair services, and spare parts. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing category sourcing strategies, managing supplier performance, and driving cost savings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement category sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance
  • Manage a portfolio of suppliers, including garage and workshop repair services, and spare parts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop procurement solutions
  • Monitor and report on procurement metrics, including cost savings and supplier performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery
